Interior Designer

Work with principal interior designer to develop design concepts and design presentation boards for both renovation and surface design projects. Define project requirements, budgets and schedule.  Interpret and translate client needs into rough plans and designs.  Create room renderings.  Document spaces with photographs and detailed measurements.  Use AutoCAD to develop renovation floor plans, wall elevations, and furniture layouts.  Work with project manager through all design phases to help complete projects on time and on budget.  Collaborate or serve as project lead on assigned projects and specific project design elements while managing the execution of project specifications with colleagues and subcontractors.
